Truetzschler informed about the new developments of all divisions

  1. SPINNING

T-BLEND  Increased precision and double the production

The new Modular Tuft Blending System T-BLEND combines maximum precision and high production. This Trützschler development also relies on accurate weighing instead of volumetric measurement methods. Based on a series of measures it was possible to double the performance per weigh pan.

T-SCAN             Five technologies for highest separation rates

Concerning foreign part separation, Trützschler has raised the bar once again. In the new Foreign Part Separator T-SCAN TS-T5, five detection technologies ensure an all-time high separation efficiency:

F-module           Detection of coloured parts

G-module          Detection of shiny parts

P-module        Detection of transparent and semi-transparent parts

UV-module       Detection of fluorescent parts

LED-module     Detection of smallest thread-shaped parts

Card TC 15    with15% more productivity

Compared to the predecessor machine TC 11, it was possible to increase performance by approx. 15%. This has been achieved by a number of individual measures. The new web doffer significantly reduces the tension drafts, which in turn improves quality and running behavior.

IDF 2    Tremendous cost savings through process reduction

With the Integrated Draw Frame IDF 2 it is possible to produce cotton rotor-spun yarns in the entire yarn count range without additional draw frame passages. These cost savings are simple to achieve without compromising yarn quality.

 

TD 9T                  TWIN breaker draw frame – Increased efficiency and space saving

The Trützschler TWIN draw frame has no efficiency coupling of the two deliveries. This results in an approx. 15% increased overall efficiency compared to double head draw frames.

TCO 12A          Comber for automatic lap change and automatic piecing

More flexibility is impossible. The Toyota-Trützschler combing mill offers manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic lap transport. The Comber TCO 12A is equipped with an automatic lap change with automatic piecing.

T-DATA             Quality data with Trützschler sensor technology

The quality and production data system T-Data processes more than just the regular data. Trützschler sensors are used to determine neps in the card sliver, distances of carding elements or actual energy consumption of the machines. The web-based T-DATA makes all these data mobile.

From fibers to nonwoven end-products

Trützschler Nonwovens talks about applications: lightweight wipes and hygiene materials, medium weight cotton pads and heavy weight geotextiles, insulation fabrics and technical felts.

We inform about proven and innovative technologies for producing carded nonwovens:

components for fiber preparation, various cards and crosslappers, four bonding methods as well as machinery for drying, finishing and winding. The range of concepts reaches from “economy” to “high-end” production lines and machinery for mechanical needled, spunlaced, thermo- and chemical bonded nonwovens.

And finally we discuss your raw materials: bleached cotton fibers, cotton comber noils, viscose, polyester – to name just a few.

From polymer to carpet yarns

At Trützschler Man-Made Fibers almost everything is about carpet yarn (BCF) spinning. Come to us to learn about latest technologies for processing PA, PP, PET and recycled PET flakes. With our 2-, 3- and 4-end BCF systems we address a broad range of yarn qualities, processes and individual requirements.

  1. CARD CLOTHING

NOVOTOP 58

is optimally suited for the application in the area of fine combed yarns at production speeds of up to 65 kg/h and machine width of one metre. A significantly positive influence of the carding process is achieved by improvements in terms of tooth shape, wire height, surface smoothness and the wire tips themselves. The air flow in the carding zone between cylinder and flat is optimised. This also significantly reduces fiber adherence and fiber breakage.

NOVOTOP 30

The flat clothing NOVOTOP 30 has been newly developed for the processing of coarse and/or dyed fibers and reclaimed fibers for rotor spinning.  It is ideally suited for the use with yarn counts below Ne 10 and realises high production speeds.

The flat types NT 30 and NT 58 are available as MAGNOTOP and CLASSICTOP.

GX1 cylinder clothing

Our new GX1 clothing has been specifically developed for use in the area of carded and combed cotton. It allows an optimal fiber transfer and achieves a significantly better nep reduction because it avoids fiber damage to the greatest possible extent.

This new development results in a considerably improved raw material utilisation.

Cylinder clothing with 717 ppsi

Our newly developed clothing with 717 ppsi achieves particularly good carding results for coarse to medium-coarse fibers, especially in the area of reclaimed fibers. Here it allows an optimal fiber transfer and greatly reduces fiber adherence.
